This is Tommy, a two-year-old mixed breed, about 20 pounds. Woof took in Tommy directly as an owner surrender and the foster we lined up for him fell through. We desperately need someone who can foster him until we find him a home or at least another foster to take over. Please help if you can! Many thanks!!
