Rigatoni is the sweetest boy. He loves everyone. He does get a little territorial with barks these days when people approach his place and his people but in a good way that shows he is at home. He is still a lover!
Scooby is doing really well!
“He still loves his walks, although interestingly enough he seems to prefer the sidewalks of Manhattan to Central Park . Maybe when the snow clears he will change his mind about grass. He is really very sweet with us, and is learning to say hello to people in the building that he knows, which is great. He has also learned to poop outside, which is a huge step for him.
Fetch is a favorite game—and he runs like a crazy man to get those toys and bring them back for a round of tug of war.
We adore him. And considering the fact that he is attached to both our sides I figure the feeling is mutual. I think he feels at home here, which is just what we wanted for him.”

Joey B, now Rigatoni, has gone to his new family! He’s a happy boy.
Pippi is Famous!
Daisy, now Pippi, a very happy dog who is loving her new home and owner! She’s thriving and now completely house trained, does dog puzzles everyday to keep her stimulated and is a neighborhood celebrity (as per owner!).
Jacob is very happy!
“Jacob did great. Stopped at the corners, didn’t freak out as a big group of dogs walked by, and smiled a lot. He already ate and drank and has made himself at home.”
Amber is happy in her new home!
“I can’t thank you enough for letting me adopt Amber.
We had a non eventful night and took a walk around the boat pond this morning when we got up. She is a good walker and was friendly to all of the dogs we met. No evidence of nervousness.
My cats, while not initially friendly now just ignore her. She is totally cool with them both and Travis is getting use to the fact of a new buddy.
Amber checked out all of the furniture and has claimed it all. And she slept curled against me all night long.”

Tucker is feelin the love!
“Don’t know if you remember Tucker, but he was adopted in January of 2016 by Nancy and Joseph Dweck, and I still have a picture taped to my closet door of him wearing a Yarmulke and a blue shirt that says Happy Chanukah from 2017. Here he is with Sarah, their granddaughter. This is the best loved dog ever.”
Sarah just loves Tucker. They even have sleepovers!

Sunday we went for a long walk in Liberty state park and when Dory got tired she joined bff Oliver in his wagon.
Today her reversible coat came just in time for the rain. She loves her clothes. Super model!

Remember the puppy purchased in Russia and then surrendered to us in March of last year at 5-1/2 months old, and adopted shortly thereafter? Well … she’s doing great, as all these photos show!
Dory's Big Day!
Woof rescue dog Dory (formerly Tulip) is loving New Jersey!
Big day for the little girl. I took her for a car ride which wasn't her thing but she loved
going to the doggie store and smelling everything.
Then we met friends with a beagle and went for a 2.5 mile walk. Dory walked maybe 1/3 and very well.
She is walking nicely next to me and not crossing over. At one point I really had to speed up to keep up with her. Then she gets scared and sits so I know to pick her up.
Next she went to a restaurant where she sat on my lap and took a nap. So good didn't beg once.
Right now she is in my arms. Her favorite place to be. Still has not barked. Only her little whine to tell me she wants something. I am glad she communicates.
Pip is so happy!

Logan, now Pipsqueek is loving his forever home!

“He’s doing great and is so well behaved with my family and all their dogs - 2 havanese and a Maltese.
Everyone loves him. His name is now Pipsqueek, PIP for short. I think it suits him.
