Brooke has found a loving home!

Woof’s lovebug Brooke has found her forever home!

Her new parents sat with Brooke on her lap most of the time, hugging and snuggling with her, and kissing her nose.  They are clean, well spoken, good sense of humor, and adore animals.  I think this is the best home we could have gotten for her.

Lucy Jean & Her Family!

“We love our little Lucy. We are hiring the same trainer we used for Hattie! Poor thing was not disciplined or taught much of anything from her previous home. We are loving our new daughter. She loves to cuddle, but we’re still working on her growling and controlling some behavioral issues, but WE ARE IN LOVE! I finally have my cuddly lap dog.”

1st night in new home.1.jpg

“She was so sweet when she came into the apartment!! We just let her explore and smell , walk around ...Hattie was excited and they got along seamlessly! Knock on wood, it's truly been an unbelievable transition. So sweet considering it was the 1st night,!?!? She cuddled with me in bed the entire night and this morning cuddled with Michael, laying on his chest kissing him! If anything, Hattie might be a little jealous ...♡♡♡but we are absolutely in heaven!”

Oliver's Transformation

“Not sure whose smile is bigger … his or mine.  We’ve been together 3 years the end of this month and, if you recall, the cardiologists gave him no more than 6 months to live, if that much.  He’s off all the meds for about 1-1/2 years now, and he goes 2 to 3 miles a day with energy to spare.  I mean he was a $25K rescue … had a very bad gut problem for about a year, lots of vet visits, but that’s all behind him now.  We love him so much and can’t believe we ever lived without him.”

Romer is doing well!

Took Romer to AMC today. Was so afraid that he would have to have his right eye removed as it is bulging quite a lot. So happy to report that as long as his eye pressure remains below 30 (his is 27 in both eyes), he is ok! WHEW!!

His daily eye drops have been reduced significantly and we are thrilled about that! We have another appointment for July 5th.

This photo was taken while Romeo was getting groomed. The two below were after he was finished. He is such a handsome little boy!
